Each audit comes with a 30-minute Q&A session where we can go over any questions you have. You will be sent a Calendly link to schedule the session once the audit is complete.

If we're rewriting your pricing page, a review of the existing copy will still be required to determine what’s working and what isn’t. Without that essential step, the rewrite might repeat former mistakes or negatively impact results.

You have three ways to let us know about any new copy projects you require. 

Option #1 - Indicate the new project when you fill out the intake form you receive once you purchase an audit. 

Option #2 - Let us know during the 30-minute Q&A session after the audit. 

Option #3 - Fill out the Custom Package intake form.

Due to the nature of the service, we do not allow refunds on audits. If you need to reschedule your audit, please let us know as soon as possible.

If you no longer want or need an email audit, we will apply your investment towards another copy project within the next 30 days from cancellation.

Given the numerous variables that impact a website page, we cannot guarantee results. We have no control over how traffic comes to your page or how much, where traffic comes from, how many of our recommendations you will implement, or the quality of the items offered on your pricing page.

We will suggest proven methodologies to help you improve conversions based on our findings.
