What information is covered in the 1-hour recorded video?
During the one-hour recorded video, we will review the following elements of your existing email sequence (up to 10 emails):

You will also receive a full transcript of the recording.
What if I have questions once the audit is complete?
If needed, you can request a 30-minute Q&A session where we can go over any questions you have. A Calendly link will be sent to you to schedule the session once the audit is complete. You will have up to 15 business days after the audit is done to request the Q&A session.
What if I only want you to rewrite my email sequence?
To properly rewrite your email sequence, a review of the existing copy and performance metrics will still be required to determine what’s working and what isn’t. Without that essential step, the rewrite will likely repeat former mistakes and negatively impact your results.
What if I need you to write additional emails or copy for my business?
You have three ways to let us know about any new copy projects your business requires:
1. You can indicate any other copy needs when you fill out the intake form you receive after purchasing an audit.
2. You can let us know during the 30-minute Q&A session after the audit.
3. You can fill out our Custom Package intake form.
If I change my mind, do you allow refunds?
Due to the nature of the service, we do not allow refunds on audits. If you need to reschedule your audit, please let us know as soon as possible.
If you no longer want or need an email audit, we will apply your investment towards another copy project within the next 30 days from cancellation.
Do you guarantee results?
Given the numerous variables that impact email marketing, we cannot guarantee results. We have no control over the viability of your list, how many of our recommendations you will implement, or the quality of the offer on your sales or landing page that you're sending traffic to.
We will suggest proven methodologies to help you improve conversions based on our findings.
